1st of all all your bosses will involve in the decision, No time limit for EOD . Lot of Excel work . Bad attitude no freedom If u will join and if u want to move in AMC no AMC will take you . Lot of politics. Specially in East zone if you are going to join in the Divesh kakkad team or Kaushik Ghosh team , request and suggest to you please don't join them these both are will make only fool , these both are very very less knowledgeable specially Mr Divesh kakkad . Even they will talk about the ethics but when it's about the manager thye will forget about ethics. So over all NJ group is good , all upper management is so dominant but u can survive well .
