It was a very good experience, i felt like a home. You can learn more about mutual fund and its process in one- two years, job security and environment is good. Work culture is good. But growth is not up to the expectation level.

Limited growth to female employees especially in south zone

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
