Nivoda Is good with Other Benefits, Like PF, Unlimited Leave Policy, and Salary on Time, but when any one resign they treat them bad

Nivoda when i join was very good in Culture, but day by day the office culture becoming Toxic, and the Managers working there they think they are more then Company Boss, starting they will treat you like you are the best and after few months you are not valuable, that's why lots of employees leaving Nivoda due to the Toxic Environments. Nivoda need a good Leader to handle the India Office, because Leader of the Office is always not available at office mostly working from home, so how they can control the Toxic environment. As i said Nivoda Company is good if nivoda comes down it will due to the Bad Leader who is handling the India Office, and worst part they always telling they support each other, that is a big lie if you ask anyone help and ask the manager to give some help from their colleagues, they always deny.
