It is difficult to find any dislike about the company. When company management supported you in such a bad time, mentally and financially, it is hard to say anything bad.

Work Details

I work as a Lead Research Analyst. Working on different macro and micro models and doing in depth research of the companies in radar for the recommendation. Recommending stocks to our clients according to their risk appetite.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
