I like to improve the quality of the work I do.

Dislikes

Employees like their people. All workers are not treated equally and I am called on company duty. But the company left me, in such a situation the company was supposed to help me, but the company left me, it was wrong with me.

Exciting with lots of new learnings which helped me out to groom my skills. In schools we are paying to learn. But at workplace we earn with lots of learning, soft skills improvement, personal and professional grooming as well.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
