Nepotism and Favoritism: There is troubling culture of favoritism, where promotions and hires seem to be based more on personal connections than on merit. This practice not only undermines the talent within the organization but also perpetuates a toxic atmosphere where employees feel they need to engage in office politics to advance their careers. 3. Mental Health Risks: The negative environment has reached a point where it can affect employees' mental health significantly. There is a real concern that this stress and anxiety could lead to serious consequences, similar to tragic incidents we've seen in other companies. Worst company culture ever, had 3 scrum call everyday. Poor management all tester are manager and they lack of knowledge. No value for employee only client is important. One engineer for multiple project. Management not taking any action. Architect and lead are relax and there work needs to done by junior. Don't spoil career deside before joining this company.

Management is very poor. Not supportive to junior engineer. Peer team members not supportive. Comparison to other members. 1:8 connect every time said that availability issue. Work load is very high Work life balance not good. At the time of hiring said like the project is one technology and after joining said u have to work in different technology
