I've been given work from home.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Acute staff shortage hence, all frontline and often senior managers are overworked. No increase in salary in last 2 years. Employee ls often don't get pf, esic and their salary in full. Non managerial staff don't get any off on any national holiday and no additional benefit is given for working on these days either. Leaves are hard to be granted due to the extreme staff shortage....Read More
