👎Dislike- no work culture, also politics and caste factor also there, they not preferred general caste. One of the main team member, knows each and everything better than other people. That's why there business only familier. They cannot sale in domestic market due to no marketing team there, Actually professional employee not to fit in this company.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
