Plant Human Resources Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  
• Oversee employee grievances redressal process, including investigation and resolution of issues promptly.
  
• Ensure timely attendance management, leave management, payroll processing, salary negotiations, training & development programs are conducted efficiently.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all HR-related activities such as recruitment, performance management system (PMS), etc.
  
• Develop strong relationships with employees through effective communication channels.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in plant human resources or industrial relations role.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of labour laws, compliance management, contract labour regulations.
  
• Excellent knowledge of PMS systems for efficient record-keeping.
