👎Dislike- no work culture, also politics and caste factor also there, they not preferred general caste. One of the main team member, knows each and everything better than other people. That's why there business only familier. They cannot sale in domestic market due to no marketing team there, Actually professional employee not to fit in this company.

As this is a private company there is no job security however they are supporting their employee by giving them paid leaves in case of covid positive. And they are providing islation facility if person living in the company premises.

Dislikes

There is no job security. Mostly people are not enough competent and because of it work environment get effected. This is a small organisation, so there is no career growth and no policy / surity regarding salary / appraisal. Long working hours, no leaves and some times no weekly offs for some people.

No responsibilities are defined by the company as I am working as an ISO coordinator but I have to do other works as well which are not relevent to my position or job profile.
