Job security was worst. TSMs & ASMs were pressure the S.Es. So I was personally experienced the TSMs pressure at that time. Some of the TSMs don't have knowledge. Even they dont know about falcon app. So company thought was good,work also good, but TSMs & ASMs have to change their behavior with S.Es. 'Without S.Es Ninjacart was Nothing'.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
