Ninjacart helped to grow my skills to next level by assigning different task, Unlike other companies & department my role as a internal audit is different from all. We will be facing different challanges daily and solving those challenges along with my team made me to love this job.

Dislikes

In my department only 4 designation growths are there and also as a supporting team we will be facing appraisal compramises also comparing to other operational departments. But we have to know all the processes happening only by then we can audit them.

poor people management, no one defines the role or work that you are hired for. Many Mid level management team hired without relevant experience required for the assigned job. For example person with Audit experience in telecom been hired for lending. 80% of the hired employees are not suitable for actual job. Toxic work culture. People in top positions are very toxic. Higher level tech people create worst architecture not giving any room to compete in the market. Because of this worst architecture product is handcuffed, we cannot think of building world class apps. Most of the tech team are less than a year experience.
