I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? Thank you for the review. We would definitely like to improve on the grievances mentioned above. We do cost-cutting so that we have transferred those benefits to the employees. eg. we did 3 picnics last year. We have also introduced a loyalty program where employees who stay with us for 1 year or more will get a bonus of an entire month's salary. We are also introducing leave of choice where at the beginning of every quarter employee gets the credit of 7 leaves which they can use for festivals, personal leave, or vacations. A total of 28 leaves are provided. We have also bought almost 20 courses on Udemy so that our Leaders and Employees can learn from the experts so we can improve our management. I will look into the favoritism part. I appreciate your pointing out the flaws which my company has. I am working on correcting it. One thing at a time. Be blessed. Thank you.
