Work environment and Timming flexibility is a plus point. Teamates are supportive and another team members also very helpfull. I love the team gatherings.

When it comes about learning about new technology and career growth, its very slow. Sometimes i have to work 11-12 hours straight in a day and have to attend clients call in evening and sometimes clients call at night also. Its like your personal life is completely gone. Your feels more like burden to you and you should enjoy what you are working on, not like a burden. Work Details

The work pressure is very high on a product specialist. I have to work 11-12 hour a day as i have to attend calls from clients in evening and sometimes at night also. As a product specialist your personal life is completely gone. Its very hectic.

I got an amazing team with people standing up for each other and taking up extra loads if anyone else is struggling. It is common to stretch the work to late nights and I can easily call up my team mates in case any assistance is required and they never disappoint. Intra team knowledge sharing was good but cant say this for all the teams. Dislikes

There are no opportunities to grow technically and the work is almost repetitive. You do the same kind of work for different client over and over again. There are no feedbacks from the leadership other than the appraisal season. A quarterly/half-yearly feedback would help in case of any lacks/concerns rather than citing these as one of the reason for not having proper appraisal. Workload is too heavy comparing the team size and it is expected of the employees to be available even on weekends.There are rarely any recognition from the managers for the efforts you give even though the client reciprocates positively....Read More

Work load was okay except from the weekend supports. There was no alignment between the dev and support times causing delays at times. Management was also constantly changing policies which created confusions and frictions.
