The company is financial institution that gives everybody equal opportunity to excel and contribute their own quota to the growth of the company They also provide quality in house training and an avenue to develop yourself

Dislikes

The company is okay but need to provide a platform for the marketers to be integrated into the main staff

Poor salary. No promotion late salary up to four months som times.

I work as a regional ICT officer currently at Anthony regional office. I make sure all ICT devices are in top notch while I recommend repairs when the need be and also train and assist staffs on daily bases. I'm the network and system admin..

Job security is the in thing here while there can be improvements in all other areas.

Dislikes

Remuneration and allowances are quite low. Promotions is not only appropriate but stalls

It is well organized and structured to suit staff. It really taught me a lot. I gained experiences from them. They provide good opportunities for staff and some other facilities like medicals and more. The work environment is conducive, well conditioned to suite workers.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
