The company is financial institution that gives everybody equal opportunity to excel and contribute their own quota to the growth of the company They also provide quality in house training and an avenue to develop yourself

Dislikes

The company is okay but need to provide a platform for the marketers to be integrated into the main staff

The work is challenging in the area of recruitment,training,retention and motivation of marketers recruited to market the company product and services coping with the low penetration of insurance in the Nigeria market
