Work life balance is fantastic. If you are from CS or IT Department, you will get good salary hike. They have begun to improve work culture at office like celebrating festivals, small get togethers.

Dislikes

No definite criteria for salary increment. Work environment is quite toxic. Almost everyone is unhappy with the work culture except for few sitting at the top. While leaving the company, they started to treat you like an animal.

Very hectic. Saying 5 days 10 to 5 is just rubbish. In my opinion, thy will make you bound to come on gazetted holidays too. Timings till minimum 6
