Absolutely nothing is good here at Lala Company. The entire operation is dominated by a single individual who runs the show according to his whims and moods, with no regard for structure or fairness. Due to his strong political connections, employees and even the leadership team are treated with utter disrespect. The company masquerades as a professional organization, but in reality, it’s merely a poorly managed fabrication business devoid of any ethics or professional conduct. Joining Lala Company is akin to walking into a disaster zone. The working environment is toxic, and the lack of professionalism is palpable. The management shows no consideration for employee well-being or career growth. Once you decide to leave this nightmare, don’t expect to receive your due salary. They have a notorious practice of withholding the final paycheck, enjoying the money of former employees without a shred of regret or shame. This company is a perfect example of exploitation and unethical practices. It’s a disgraceful place that operates on deception and manipulation. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
