Incompetent managers and heads, who takes way too many projects above the team capacity and expect it to be delivered on time. I have seen way too many task monitoring tools being tried and discarded in shorter period. If you get selected in R&D department, you will spend most of your time working in their factory in Akkarai area rat her than main office in Neelangarai. Factory has a generally unfavorable working condition for employees. Expect last minute changes in product even until the morning of product launch. Management really needs to know they are using humans as their labor force, not robots that can work 24*7, strict work timings from morning 9to7, including Saturdays. There's no OT considering most of the people across department work late until night. Even if you work way past 10pm, if you come to office around 9:01 consequently your pay will be deducted<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. There isn't much to say about work life balance, if you enter this company personal life balance will be out of question</mark>. Something needs to be said about the incompetence of HR department whom I feel are limited to payroll and recruitment only, not much consideration was put into employees welfare or grievance. Company is good all in all. Been in business for a while now and they are in international expansion plan so management is focused on that. Although there are many areas to improve but still as department heads are quite chill and fairly young so job is demanding but still satisfying.

Absolutely Nothing, They ask you to work for 14-16 Hours with location tracked & camera on. By working for 14-16 hours they will give you SALARY Deductions, Absenteeism & Termination Letter. THEY WORK ON THE MODEL OF HIRE & FIRE.

They are ruining the future of the youth. Toxic Culture, Organisational Politics at par, No Work-Life Balance. Instead of giving you training they give you PIP and throw you out without even informing you prior.
