There nothing much to ask likes company is growing apart from that there 0% work culture. If u want get back schooling this is the best place. Literally this is a school kinda culture.

Appraisal Policies, Attendance policies, Poor management on constant changes in system No skill development No Growth Regional manager who are just good for nothing here works only 4-5 hours a day and push their BDM for sales which is there own KRA. At head office in chennai company says BDM work is just to give strong and impactfulpresentation at client house and rest your Regional Manager (RM) will do and bring out sales by calling and following up with client and that is why RM salary and incentive are much higher than BDM. But on real ground it is the BDM who is doing everything and RM is eating incentive out of those sales and doing nothing in helping or developing the team members....Read More

Everyday is a new learning with this company, though it was the stat up but they have maintain there company culture very well, salary on time, reimbursement on time, higher manager is very supportive, one of the good organization to work with

If ur in sales ul have to travel alot,doesnt matter u travel 500km today,tommorrow they will expect the same from you, experience centre and office primises is king of joke,ul find betel shop are more spacious than the EC.

I like the way company had made their incentive policy in sales. BDM who works 15 Hours a day and close all their deals in their own gets 1/5 portion of incentive which conpanies give to their Regional Managers and Other above positions.
