Old technologies still in usage

Dislikes

People who joined the company from beginning, ie 6 yrs before who joined the company at the starting stage still remain. They are not capable enough now and is not interested in new technologies so they block all the new tech initiatives. Almost all of them are Team leaders. So junior or new resources have to quit after 2 yrs or so.

Work Details

Boring. Did no work for 1 yr. Literally had no work. So quit after 1 yr

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
