1. Fake promises to show fake support. 2. No training at all was provided. 3. Only politics, no helping nature 4. Extra working hours like 14-16 hrs, no pay off or comp off against extra work and this happens on daily basis even on weekends and holidays, no kindness or humanity, poor work ethics, poor management, no discussion on pro blems, no solutions, no cleanliness 5.
