1. Fake promises to show fake support. 2. No training at all was provided. 3. Only politics, no helping nature 4. Extra working hours like 14-16 hrs, no pay off or comp off against extra work and this happens on daily basis even on weekends and holidays, no kindness or humanity, poor work ethics, poor management, no discussion on problems, no solutions, no cleanliness 5. The hiring process was very smooth, transparent along with proper communication and I was in loop with each step of hiring. The team leader is very experienced, understanding and supportive. Work culture is very good with 5 day working policy along with work from home for some days. Overall it’s a good place to work.
