I did not. No skill development nothing you will only be working on the same thing for years and still get no promotion and the hike is just peanuts.

Dislikes

As I mentioned above the work culture is bad, growth is next to zero, no skill development, they don't want their employees to learn and upgrade their skills as this will help in personal growth of a person and will harm their pockets. They just want you to be in the same position and never give you appraisal and promotion. Only manager's favourite people get good hike and promotion not the hardworking one, so if you want promotion you know what to do. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM IF YOU WANT GROWTH AND HAPPINESS IN YOUR LIFE....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
