It's ambience , Working & greetings criteria their time to time Training culture at luxury Hotels which is well organized for any Workshop & Trainee . Last but not the least ,ctheir Salary & Incentive norms , which is vary I think from dealer to dealer .

I personally dislike few of the working criteria which is as follows : ▪️Dealers not following the SOPs strictly ; ▪️The thing & standards written in the Manual or our SOPs in actual , Department to Department it's not completely followed by the employee head & their personal Sops regulating Forcefully on the members ( employee) ▪️In some Dealership , HR & the Other heads are disfunction all the Time & threaten the employee . ▪️Delears are thinking , they are the Supreme Boss & implementing their own practices at the dealership . ▪️There is no Work & other independency , because the Office politics behind the scene ruining the Work & Personal culture . ▪️Last but very important : As per the aspects of Salary + Incentive , they are hiding it & not providing the actual sales + Complaint Resolving Incentive . The all above points , are as per my experiences , but not every dealership working like this ....Read More

Company's rules is good but Management is very bad in that showroom.

I tell my personal experience that the worst thing where I have stayed is the management, the manager speaks bad words, withholds the salary, does not promote the car, only promotes if 5 cars are sold. They don't pay if target is not met, 5 people left job in my 2 month tenure very bad situation there they are taking advantage of people forceful management worst experience of my life.
