It's ambience , Working & greetings criteria their time to time Training culture at luxury Hotels which is well organized for any Workshop & Trainee . Last but not the least ,ctheir Salary & Incentive norms , which is vary I think from dealer to dealer .

I personally dislike few of the working criteria which is as follows : ▪️Dealers not following the SOPs strictly ; ▪️The thing & standards written in the Manual or our SOPs in actual , Department to Department it's not completely followed by the employee head & their personal Sops regulating Forcefully on the members ( employee) ▪️In some Dealership , HR & the Other heads are disfunction all the Time & threaten the employee . ▪️Delears are thinking , they are the Supreme Boss & implementing their own practices at the dealership . ▪️There is no Work & other independency , because the Office politics behind the scene ruining the Work & Personal culture . ▪️Last but very important : As per the aspects of Salary + Incentive , they are hiding it & not providing the actual sales + Complaint Resolving Incentive . No Any security for female employees just they use to show, Nothing as management is totally unprofessional they just think about their own benefits. Don't care about employee satisfaction.

They believe in there own benifit only no Any job security is there. Seniors are very bad and selfish. Very bed experience with a Nexa dealership. Cheaters and fraud

I loved my work but few senior can't accept me to work as Nexa Policy. They always take credit in front of owners and NEXA people. Never so their employees work.

My work is definitely challenging as i have to attend all the customers and need to resolve their issues and concern, i have to maintain all the sales process, entire sales and back office team i need to handle around 40 People works.
