Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. 13hours Avg working. They will say week off... But need to work even on Sunday cause they will blame us on not being efficient. HR doesn't even care about sick leave also. We need to work 12-13hrs... If not they will put us in immense pressure and politics and u will be trapped to work extra hours cause of bond.

No work-life balance More workload, due to no trained resources, Even during the holiday(festival) make you work. The project schedule will always be tight. The project manager and management do not well behave pressurizing constantly. Standards are not set properly, and not followed.
