Everything is bad over there.I worked there for just one year and at that time it seemed like the biggest mistake of my life.The manager there, Mr. Bagri, had created the whole atmosphere. Instead of considering the employees as employees, he considered them as his own servants Many times I saw that he used to take his employees as drivers for his work

Nexa come with a new thinking new nnovation and new technology. I am so glad and thanfull that I am a part of a team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.and me and my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometime I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and some times late in to the night. Ido receive appreciation emails from my clients,but they mostly go unnoticed during my midyear appraisals.
