It's ambience , Working & greetings criteria their time to time Training culture at luxury Hotels which is well organized for any Workshop & Trainee . Last but not the least ,ctheir Salary & Incentive norms , which is vary I think from dealer to dealer .

I personally dislike few of the working criteria which is as follows : ▪️Dealers not following the SOPs strictly ; ▪️The thing & standards written in the Manual or our SOPs in actual , Department to Department it's not completely followed by the employee head & their personal Sops regulating Forcefully on the members ( employee) ▪️In some Dealership , HR & the Other heads are disfunction all the Time & threaten the employee . ▪️Delears are thinking , they are the Supreme Boss & implementing their own practices at the dealership . ▪️There is no Work & other independency , because the Office politics behind the scene ruining the Work & Personal culture . ▪️Last but very important : As per the aspects of Salary + Incentive , they are hiding it & not providing the actual sales + Complaint Resolving Incentive . Environment is so toxic in NEXA ATELIER PATIALA I have wasted my time here as they don't providing my joining letter , salary slips , experience letter, my security, my salary. . Even they are not providing my cancel cheque. Working hours 24*7 . You have to take copy with yourself to record every phone call entry. Pathetic services by hr and company here in Nexa Patiala. Work satisfaction is zero Discrimination with employees as they provide above mentioned things to some employee but most of them don't receive above mentioned rights. Never recommend nexa and maruti to anyone...Read More

Company's rules is good but Management is very bad in that showroom.

I tell my personal experience that the worst thing where I have stayed is the management, the manager speaks bad words, withholds the salary, does not promote the car, only promotes if 5 cars are sold. They don't pay if target is not met, 5 people left job in my 2 month tenure very bad situation there they are taking advantage of people forceful management worst experience of my life.
