Work Culture is bad.Very old style of management.Typical Lala company .Less Increment despite good profit during COVID .Their stock prices have been doubled and employee count in Gnesis reduced during COVID because of pathetic work environment and bad work culture . Recently they hired Genesis VP and UX ,Doc Executives but i doubt that anyone who has worked in good companies will stay here. Salary will be credited on 7th of next month . Health Insurance is 2 Lacs which is meaningless in in this COVID time. They are sinking ship with old set of mindset .Definitely not a good place to work. In COVID , Companies have given allowances for WFH and WFH set up.They have not given a single penny despite growing profits. Everybody has work ex on old tech stack .They just know keywords ,dont have in depth knowledge about latest tech stack....Read More
