Newgen policy and flexible working hours for my project AP3. Trips parties greate manager, helpful teammates ( This is specific to my department rest all the depratment is not same. )

Dislikes

In newgen they are using old technology which in not up to the industary standards learning curve is not great 3 months notice period.

Senior Management is eager to do good and develop. Readily available for feedback and meetings.

Dislikes

Middle management sucks. All delivery issues are because of Testing Department. Manager lacks knowledge and their subordinates are boot lickers for WFH, leaves approval and easy projects.

Manager sucks, Group leader with zero knowledge behaves like a scholar, one more manager thinks he's a dictator. Totally retarded people. Noida is a great place to work, South place is Kuppa Thotti with all Thotti people

Management is only here to tell you you deserve to be treated unfairly everytime ,being paid as low as possible and they also expect you that you stay quiet and tell eveyrone this is a good company .

Nothing, just a huge trap for freshers. Especially for the ones who are offered from college placements. I'm on my knees begging you all please don't accept any offer in newgen rather be unemployed.

You'll never get to learn new skills. They value only time, not how much work you did, they will just count no. of hours you sat in the office, whether you're working or not, doesn't matter.
