No road map.You will be fired for no reason. There is no solid reasons for hiring and will be part of firing later due to lack of vision across leaders from Directors,VP,CTO,CEO. This company is looking out to be acquired by someone. Hence som much politics. The old guys who are working since last 15 years has upper hand , they willdo some magic to keep their job safe and blame to new guys for failures. very old and boring tech stack.(LAMP tech stack). you will be hired for rearchitecting the platform, but nothing will happen after that except supporting the existing platform issues. apart from work,tech, the vision and leadership minds are very dynamic. you wont get plan for long term as they will fire you in 1 or 2 years....Read More
