Too much internal politics. The management will find a reason to fire you without prior notice. The management is the worst. The manager is all about targets targets targets keeping your mental health aside. They do not care about their employees. The manager do not care about anything and only targets. And does not respect opinionsas well. The worst company to be in because they will only save their old employees and fire the new hires and treat them badly....Read More

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package.
