It’s a good place if you are willing to learn new things. Salary is on time. Leave benefits are very good, 32 leaves in a year. No one bothers you when you are on leave unless and until very urgent. 5 days a week.People and work environment is very good, no politics. Management is good. Your performance is transparent to top level management as no seniors can take credit of your work if you work well. Overall a good organisation if you like working more with less enjoyment at work. You cannot get everything everywhere so better to focus on plus points....Read More

If you are ready to learn and groom yourself then you will get ample amount of opportunities here. NTR works on latest versions of Navision/ Business Central. Seniors are really supportive and ready to mentor the new hires.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
