The management and HR team were highly unprofessional, and our dear Chief Engineer was the worst among them—amateurish and indecisive. His biggest failure was his inability to make even the smallest decisions on his own. Instead, he constantly shifted blame onto employees, frequently changing staff to cover up his own mistakes.
