Nothing is permanent everything is temporary i.e. their policies, procedures, plans, salary etc. Nothing is sure.

Dislikes

Job is always unsecured. Anyone can be fired at anytime without even notice. You go home and there will be call from team that you are fired. Your 45 days salary will always be stucked in their systems because they usually transfer payment after 45 days so you can not object at the time of firing otherwise your documentation and fnf will be stucked.
