FUN WORK, FUN COLLEAGUES, FUN COMPANY Working at Neugene did never seem like work because the work was just helping clients get better. Sales just happened on the go just understanding clients needs and sold was the conclusion. Colleagues always had a high level of enthu with constant meetings and team activities. Work was fun and new everyday. Awesome place to work.

Great visibility for career advancement, if you want it. Good training and mentorship is available, if the right menors and managers are found. Fast paced work environment with a lot of driven people. Open debate and discussion of ideas is appreciated. Hard work and long hours are the norm and expected, but there is a respect for personal time off when communicated to the management.

Great place to work and achieve your professional goal. Neugene provides excellent training. Lots of opportunities within the department. You have a great support system when you get into any technical issues. Excellent management, supportive team, very good learning platform, the most enjoyable part of my career with nice friends and good team work, balance life with personal and professional.

Joined Neugene just after my MBA. After the initial training, typical day at Neugene always came with some surprises, mostly pleasant. I experienced a lot of different opportunities and executed many tasks efficiently and accurately. The Mentors in my first project, my Team Lead and Project Manager were always the role model for me.Being with such strong people was a privilege. I joined Neugene International Inc two years ago and it was my best life's decision I believe. Neugene is a very large conglomerate with strong financial muscle. Their clientele includes all top-notch, in thousands globally. Even during global recession time, they were in a better situation than their competitors, to the point wherethey could bail out other failing firms. The majority of my co-workers have been here for well over decade, and that's nice to see in a time where job security seems to be a thing of the past. There's always something new to work on at Neugene and no shortage of ways to grow within your own role or shift to a new one. People make lateral and vertical moves here all the time, so moving to a position that better fits your skills is much easier than other places I've worked in the past. Senior management here is pretty smart . It's not the kind of place where you might look a few levels up the chain and think. "Haah... I could do their job." Here, it's obvious that you couldn't. Their salaries are well earned; and throughout the organisation, the distribution of compensation, responsibility, and appreciation is much more than most companies for which I've worked. The Management helps in developing your skill set by organizing various training and events. Good Management & Good Culture Neugene has good leaders and they maintain high level of transparency. People can reach out to anyone at anytime irrespective of their hierarchy or divisions. Management is unbiased and deserving people get adequate recognition. Overall, it's a great company.
