After working for 4 years now, I am in a position to comment on the good and not so good aspects of working with Neugene. Working in such a big Multinational brand means one's general work experience can vary from project to project as timings, work ease, technologies and everything else related to one's work differs. I was lucky to get opportunity in the Product Development Department of Neugene. I got a great team with good leaders who guided me to learn and develop my skills. Personally, I have had enriching experience over 4 years. I got good training upon joining Neugene and have learnt a lot which beyond my expectation. I am able to develop my skills to the extent to proudly claim that I am now truly and completely a Professional. Job security is really paramount here. If you do yo ur job and have strived to beome an important part of your respective work, you need not worry about losing a job ever. Consistent pay under every circumstances. Even during COVID infected world and uncertain circumstances, we always received our salary on time. Neugene had announced that there would be no layoffs whatsoever due to Covid. Only variable pay (Incentives) for senior employees were suspended for few months. Neugene also promoted its "Work-From-Home" plan, soonest the Covid affected the world. Dislikes

There are yet some not so good points too I feel! The selection process of new incumbent is very tough and lengthy. For every new candidate appointment of Managerial level and above, the U.K. management clearance is a policy. Moreover, in my opinion, the Appraisals have some flaws, still an opportunity for junior employees to increas e their compensation benefits. The Company offers a Health Insurance to all the employees and is one of the best offered in corporate world....Read More

My job involved managing the process of developing different servicing products and enhancing existing products in order to meet customer expecations effectively. I got a great team with good leaders who guided me to learn and develop my skills.
