The company is equipped with latest technology. As I was based and handling the Branch management / business with the team members at Lucknow with the fine support from seniors based in Mumbai as well as from top management Bosses. I appreciate the re-hire policy for employees.

Dislikes

Compensation & growth is slow. The work pressure is moderate. Some days have to work continuously up to 12 hours straight as direct client meetings most of the time in late evenings. No job training for new comers / freshers, so therefore I personally guide them with the fixed plan step on step.

My work was quite challenging as I have to look after the compliance along with the branch management / business development with the hope that someday I will be recognized for all my efforts which I have faced and completed as part of my duty.
