The flexible working hours allowed me to manage my schedule effectively. The team was understanding and accommodating when I needed to take leaves. And yeah, Nettv4u's dedication to quality impressed me. They prioritize excellence, no matter what I received my stipend on time, which was a positive aspect.

My experience at Nettv4u was quite disappointing. I applied for a 1-month internship with a ₹5000 stipend, but the reality was different. The workload, initially seeming simple, required almost 3 months to complete. Throughout this period, I faced excessive expectations, constant changes, unprofessional management. The biggest concern is that Nettv4u advertises a 1-month internship, but the workload is actually 2-3 months long, for the same stipend. The team is very supportive. They always encouraged me when I took time off for exams and other work. The working time is very flexible. There is also a lot to learn. They do not compromise with the quality of writing which also helps us to improve. Overall it was a very organised online internship programme.

Dislikes

Though the amount of work they expect might seem hectic the team is very supportive. So there's nothing to dislike.

Poor communication. Communication is very slow via email as the only channel. Instructions are provided in a very random and haphazard manner throughout the duration of the internship.

There is very less deadline pressure. I was given time to complete my assignments during my exams.

Their was a lack of communication with the supervisor, which can be improved by using more platforms instead of just e-mails.

I applied for an internship with job offer here. It was 3 months of internship and post that a job offer. Firstly the work they give is requires a lot of research, and writing skills. They want unplagiarized content and a very good grammarly score. But they also have a problem if your work comes as a bit plagiarized which will definitely happen if you take the suggestions by grammarly. They want you to score good in grammarly but also don't want the content to be AI plagiarized. That would only work only if you start the thinking process again, after having the whole content ready. That is just stupidity. Also I realized that they will never take you in for a job. It's always ends with internship. They want interns to work their off just for 5k so that they do not have to pay for a full time writer which will of course cost more to them.
