The Behaviour of project manager was good, and they fire me in covid-19 lockdown because the work was very low.

The is no recognition and rewards, appraisal are pathetic. Too much work pressure. The company very well knows how to make a dedicated hard working employee work and make use of their skill to the fullest. But when its results time/payback time the are the most mean and selfish.

I have had a wonderful experience so far. This organization is meant for people who'd like to challenge their own benchmarks & take initiatives but not for the ones who'd prefer to get comfortable in 1 role or position.
