As a test engineer, I got a good knowledge in e-commerce domain. Otherwise working in netmeds was terrible. There is no work-life balance. You have work more than 9 hours and night and even weekends for sometime. Regarding appraisal was so poor. Everything depends upon your manager and management eventhough your contribution is tremendous. Work environment is stock market you may have had doubt sometime whether your working in IT or not. The only good thing is the job guarantee....Read More

Dislikes

Work life balance, apparaisal and work culture. You should work all the time the company wants, even weekends. And also you have to work at night. Not a stable environment and requirement. They it frequently and even after completion. You have to test all the ie 24/7. If you desperately looking for a job prefer this company in testing.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
