I have joined the company recently and so far I have never faced any sort of issue in terms of management, salary, work culture. Company policies are clear and non-partial for all. Time to time feedback sessions are organised by the HR team to learn about employees thoughts and expectations. There's lot of opportunities to grow andlearn with each project having its own challenges which make it possible to learn better. All the team members are helping and supportive to work with. Management is focused on each and every employee's skill development by conducting Wednesday wisdom, In which employees can learn more things than going in the current scenario plus can share his/her learnings with others. Overall work culture is good with work-life balance. Good for carrier growth.

Dislikes

Salary appraisal policies are not good, most towards company-centric. A little bit of politics that we see in every company. Innovation wise they mostly focus on same technical domain projects.

I have been working in net-solutions since 2021 and its been great experience. I really like working environment here, Flexible timings, No time restrictions, Good managers, No politics ( At least i have't faced any). So overall its very nice working here.
