Likes

I was part of Ness for almost 11 years. It is a great work place. I always felt to be at home while I was at work. I got a chance to work with some of the great leaders and I had a tremendous career growth.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
