Internal politics, Nepotism, partiality and the HR dept is terrible. No one will ever give you any answer/solution. They are good for nothing. Every month people change, you even don't know who to contact. Seniors wont help you achieve your targets nor they are willing to travel for meetings. Unwanted team calls. Dislikes

New Management is not good. They are interested in reducing the salaries and bonus. Most of us get Low salary compare to our market knowledge and Experience. Middle and Top Level Management is enjoying all salaries. They don't motivate there employees at all.
