I have received an offer from Capgemini with 12.5 LPA CTC (fixed component). I am currently having CTC of 9.5 LPA (9 LPA fixed + 50k variable). My tech stack is into DotNet Core, SQL, DotNet MVC, DotNet Framework, Vue JS, Vanilla JS, JQuery, CI/CD with 4 years and 3 months of overall IT experience (which includes 6 months of internship). Wanted to know about the salary trends since there is a mixed trend going on right now in the industry.

An excellent place to be...out stained candidates are given accommodation benefits...I received it... also was unaware of some HR formal processes, but the HR people guided me politely.
