Training tutors at NeoSOFT are amazing. They have good years of industry experience. Both freshers and experience people can take advantage of this Neo Academy training. I personally find this training resourceful, and I am impressed with the quality of training and knowledge offered by our tutors at NeoSOFT.

Everything is well organized here. There are rewards and recognition benefits for top achievers; wellness programs are conducted now, and then, a good insurance benefit is given to all, a PIP initiative for employees struggling with their performance, and many more. I think it's the best place when it comes to benefits for employees.

One minor drawback is the limited onsite opportunity; it is only for top performers.

No job security at Neosoft. I have seen people been fired within 20 days of their joining simply because they couldn't crack one client Interview. It's a waste of time since the client interview is done post joining the company. Any escalation from the client can put your salary on hold. You might have to relocate from the originally agreed work location to the client place. Emergency leave can get you fired, they are not very understanding about such situations. Some clients do not treat employees well, making them feel like mere workers rather than valued contributors. Despite delivering quality work, they do not offer even a single word of appreciation. Additionally, the leave policy is not favorable, as it is based on leave credits. Every month, 1.5+ leave days are added, which is reflected in the payslip (one full day and a half-day leave per month).
