Worst company i have ever worked with, Clients are also run away, this company have great-place-to-work, i don’t know from where they got it from begging. HR team also sleeping worst management i have ever seen.

No work life balance, no job security, unwantedly pausing salary, firing employees without giving notice period, not giving full and final settlement.

It's a very positive work environment with good flexibility—I can easily manage work and life. I have met some very talented colleagues here who make work exciting by implementing new ideas. This is worst company and if someone join then I was his biggest mistake. They play only hire and fire.I have seen one employe, It was manager mistake but still they put all blame on him and fire him immediately. I worked there a given my notice period but still they hold my FNF. They are not realising my FNF amount now. After releasing after 2 days they called and ask for money & saying we are given you buyout. If it was a thing then why u not discussed and mentioned on the resignation. Although I was on provision period and after 1 month have given the resignation. Then they expecting the 3 month notice period....Read More

I joined neosoft as a sr devloper , on very first day as soon a I put my bag on table on guy told me why you have joined this organisation, they fire people within one or two months. In starting i thinked that they are playing some inner politics . But things around me changes when I have observed that really they are firing and hiring people as they only belong a materialistic things to them . They will provide you 3 or 5 chances to clear client interview if u fail to do so they will fire you within one day . Same story goes with me , sometime client is not willing or intrested in candidate so ultimately they will reject u . So same happens with me they are spoiling many people carreer, they don't even have any emotions....Read More

I will be as rational as i can about this. Nobody talks about the innovations, optimisations and efficiency, Its all about if its working or not. This is a service based company that means you have to crack client interviews. You fail 3 and you are terminated instantly. When you are working with the client, the work life balance is based on the client. Neosoft does not care about it. The management are just clowns. They like getting respect but not give it back. All in all, Its just a business. They do everything to get the profit and employees don't come under the consideration anywhere. If you like tech and cricket, you will enjoy working here. We have this Neosoft Champions League cricket tournament which is my favourite. The office atmosphere is also lovely and comfortable. We work peacefully without any stress. Sometimes there is pressure but it is necessary if you want to improve and grow.
