FIITJEE never disappoints with its IIT-JEE results every year. All this is because it has an ideal study pattern proof and a study material that helps the students get their hands on deeply explained topics. All this makes FIITJEE the first choice for many IIT aspirants.

Dislikes

People have the least knowledge about how FIITJEE works and what scholorships exams it offers IIT aspirants. There should be more awareness about the same.

As told above, I am working in this valued organization since last 13+ years. I have noticed few points during my long tenure in FIITJEE which I am mentioning here. Lack of proper training and development programs, very limited opportunities for promotion and no clear-cut career progression path. Lack of transparency and professionalism in policies, inconsistent application of rules, inadequate communication from Seniors in the organization. Poor leadership by Top Seniors and a culture of favoritism where certain individuals might be given preferential treatment.
