I have come to realize that the scope of growth in fiitjee is unfortunately, not what i had anticipated . In addition to that fiitjee failure to pay salary , bad ventilation poor maintenance of the workspace with many employees cramped up in a small office , makes most of the employees leave there job.

FIITJEE has always proved its caliber by giving many IIT JEE toppers to the country. This is all because of the mythology followed by the institute. The comprehensive approach of teaching the students help them in preparing for various competitive exam, 12th boards etc.

Dislikes

FIITJEE should bring more scholarships exam, specially for students from poor financial backgrounds. It will help these students to get a fair chance and prepare for IIT.

FIITJEE is the best IIT entrance coaching that helps students get holds of there basics in the best way. It prepares the students with pattern proof teaching, which enables them to be ready for any pattern that comes in the entrance.

Dislikes

The only disadvantage i have see in FIITJEE is that it should open institutes in rural area too with programs that will help and shape the students in those areas.

Fiitjee is a pioneer in olympaid training, and being a part of this team is a privilege. The curriculum is challenging yet rewarding, pushing both students and teacher to achieve their best. The prescriptive reading program is well integrated into the curriculum, enhancing students analytical skill.

As told above, I am working in this valued organization since last 13+ years. I have noticed few points during my long tenure in FIITJEE which I am mentioning here. Lack of proper training and development programs, very limited opportunities for promotion and no clear-cut career progression path. Lack of transparency and professionalism in policies, inconsistent application of rules, inadequate communication from Seniors in the organization. Poor leadership by Top Seniors and a culture of favoritism where certain individuals might be given preferential treatment.
